Ciao a tutti, and welcome to a pivotal opportunity within Sungrow! We're seeking a passionate HSE Specialist to champion health, safety, and environmental excellence across our operations in Italy. Curious what this is all about? Let’s dive right in:

  • Regularly review and improve HSE documentation, ensuring it aligns with current regulations and best practices.
  • Work closely with service managers and employees to ensure HSE documents accurately reflect on-the-ground safety and environmental practices.
  • Analyze HSE data to identify trends and areas for improvement, translating findings into actionable document updates and compliance reports.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for preparing essential HSE documentation, enabling our service team to access customer plants safely.
  • Independently address customer requests and support the Sales team on all HSE-related topics during negotiations.
  • Coordinate and monitor worker training, prepare health and safety risk assessments, and manage workplace health and safety activities in accordance with Italian legislation.

Your profile

All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit into this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:

  • You hold a degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Engineering or Techniques for Prevention and Protection in Workplaces, or an equivalent higher education qualification, potentially with RSPP or ASPP certification.
  • You bring at least two years of proven experience in an HSE role.
  • You possess strong knowledge of Italian HSE regulations, including Legislative Decree 81/08 and 152/06, fire prevention, and regional training agreements.
  • You have on-site experience, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
  • You are proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with data analysis tools.
  • You have fluent English skills.
