Your duties

Welcome to your new role at Sungrow, as our Distribution Service Engineer in UK.  Are you curious to learn how you can help us build a sustainable future? Would you like to see how you can contribute to the growth of our clean energy solutions? 

Then, have a look at your responsibilities below: 

  • You'll regular deliver reports regarding the region's performance to the department center
  • You'll manage the hotline ticketing system for distributors, installers and end users
  • You'll deliver technical training, create online courses and documentation
  • You'll do on-site troubleshooting with the partner success manager
  • You'll do pre-sales customer visits with the key account manager
  • You'll support commissioning and project management of C&I ESS projects in the region.
  • 38 hours a week
  • One year contract with possibility of extension 

Your profile

Do you have the legal right to work in UK ? Before applying, please ensure you have the legal right to work without the need for visa sponsorship. What will you need to be successful? 

  • Fluency in English (minimum C1 level)
  • Degree in electrical engineering or an electrician background
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced multicultural environment

What can make you an ideal candidate? 

  • 2 years of experience as a technical support / after sales for PV / ESS or O&M
  • Languages skills in Chinese (Mandarin) is not mandatory but preferred
  • Knowledge of the solar energy market in Europe
