Sungrow is a global leader in renewable energy solutions, offering cutting-edge technology in solar inverters, energy storage systems, and electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. Our EV Charging division is growing fast in France, with a mission to accelerate the transition to clean mobility by providing smart, reliable, and scalable charging solutions.
As a Business Development Intern, you will actively support the growth of our EV Charging business in France. You will work closely with the Sales teams to identify new opportunities, generate qualified leads, and set up meetings with potential clients across various sectors (retail, fleet, logistics, etc.).

You will work closely with the Sales teams to identify new opportunities, generate qualified leads, and set up meetings with potential clients across various sectors (retail, fleet, logistics, etc.).
Key responsabilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new leads and business opportunities
- Build and maintain a qualified database of prospects
- Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Schedule meetings and support the pre-sales process
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare presentations and proposals
- Support marketing and business development campaigns
- Track performance metrics (e.g. lead conversion rate, meetings booked)
Your profile
We are looking for a motivated and business-minded individual who is eager to take part in the growth of our EV Charging division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants to make a tangible impact in the energy transition.
You have:

- A Master’s level education (Bac+4/5) in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field
- Strong communication skills in both French and English (C1)
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently
- A strong interest in clean mobility, renewable energy, or technology sectors
- Good command of digital tools (Excel, CRM, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Prior experience in business development or lead generation is a plus
