• Be responsible for Nordics C&I ESS solutions and customized key accounts business development
• Analyze local market capacities, requirements and demands and define market strategies
• Develop country specific strategies in order to achieve sales targets and to increase profitability
• Coordinate with local C&I Storage manager for country specific activities
• Develop & support new customized key customers (account development, relationship management, customized demands & implement, and lead generation) in the Nordics region
• Manage and grow business activities of existing customers
• Participate in conferences, exhibitions and other events
