Senior Project Manager - UK

Hello and a warm welcome from our UK team! As our Senior Project Manager - UK, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of PV and BESS projects, bringing structure, clarity, and strong stakeholder leadership from kickoff through completion. Curious what this role is all about? Let’s dive right in:

• Define PV/BESS project scope, goals, and staged deliverables, ensuring alignment with customer and internal expectations.
• Build and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to deliver on time and within scope.
• Lead cross-functional teams across commercial, service, product/solution, legal/contract, and finance to keep execution moving smoothly.
• Act as the key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, providing clear updates and managing expectations throughout delivery.
• Track payment milestones and manage resource allocation (people, tools, materials) to keep delivery on plan.
• Own risk and issue management, removing blockers, resolving conflicts, and ensuring quality standards through delivery and project closeout.

• 5+ years of experience leading complex projects in energy storage, renewables, or technical infrastructure.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, delivery-focused mindset.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and building trusted customer relationships.
• Solid capability in solution-based project management, including contract negotiation and change management.
• English C1 (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel approximately 30-40% of the time.
