Your duties

Hey there and welcome to your new Opportunity with us.
Being a Product Manager Utility is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:
  • Technological consulting of customers and colleagues in the Account Management 
  • Point of contact for technical questions in the context of the quotation preparation and 1st level technical costumer support.
  • Communication between HQ in China, EMEA Office in Warsaw and other EMEA Offices on the subject of product development, technical improvement and product changes
  • Evaluation of certification requirements and supervision of test- and certification processes.
  • Technical documentation management.
  • Customer visits across EMEA region.
  • Frequent visits to the local headquarter office.
  • Frequent benchmarking of our products against competition.
  • Frequent monitoring of market development.
  • Possibility to visit Chinese headquarter.

Your profile

All right, ok, that was exciting was it?Now, ​we want to make sure you feel happy and challenged in your position, therefore, it would be great if you have the following personal background:
  • Technical background with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Engineering or similar is a must
  • 5+ years work experience in PV industry with a technical background
  • 2+ years work experience in Product Management or Technical Sales of hardware, electrical systems is a plus
  • Deep knowledge of the technical requirements for PV systems in the utility scale segment, including product specifications, grid code requirements, competitive landscape, etc…  
  • Deep knowledge in PV Inverter and Medium Voltage Station technology is an advantage
  • Experience in writing detail-oriented requirements
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Quick learner with desire to increase knowledge in the PV industry
  • Language Package: Lithuanian and English at least C1. Chinese or Estonian additional European languages are a plus.
