Your duties

Hey there and welcome to your new ​Opportunity with us. Being a ​Product Manager is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients ​need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important taks:
  • Technological consulting of customers and colleagues in the Account Management 
  • Point of contact for technical questions in the context of the quotation preparation and 1st level technical costumer support.
  • Communication between HQ in China, EMEA Office in Germany and other EMEA Offices on the subject of product development, technical improvement and product changes
  • Evaluation of certification requirements and supervision of test- and certification processes
  • Technical documentation management
  • Customer visits across EMEA region
  • Frequent visits to the Chinese headquarter
  • Frequent benchmarking of our products against competition
  • Frequent monitoring of market development

Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s why it is essential for you to have:
  • Completed studies in electrical engineering, electrical & electronical engineering or a similar background
or
  • a higher education qualification or business related studies with technical counterparts
In the end, if you have dealt with the regenerative energy industry for ~2years , you are fit for this opportunity. ​
Anyway, besides that, it would be amazing if you think of yourself like this:
  • Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and commercial skills
  • Passion, desire and motivation to succeed
  • Language requirements: Italian at least C1 and English at least B2
  • Quick learner with desire to increase knowledge in the clean-tech industry
  • Attention to details. You're able to dive into the details and connect them through to the big picture of delivering an exceptional and brand-aligned experience
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of CRM is a plus
