- Visit installers and create strong brand advocacy for Sungrow.
- Build lasting relationships with distributor sales teams and installers to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
- Assist distribution partners during customer visits and sales opportunities.
- Identify new sales prospects and follow up on leads.
- Execute training programs for installers and distributors to showcase Sungrow solutions and value proposition.
- Participate in creating and integrating sales and marketing plans for new initiatives.
- Co-create value propositions based on customer insights.
- Act as the voice of the customer, resolve challenges, and ensure smooth issue resolution.
