- Lead all aspects of plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, and safety
- Support the plant start-up phase including recruitment, equipment installation, and process design
- Implement efficient operational systems aligned with global standards
- Drive productivity, quality, and cost optimization through data and KPI monitoring
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing operations team
- Collaborate closely with HR, Supply Chain, and Engineering to support production needs

Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- 7+ years of operations management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proven track record in plant start-up or process optimization is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred
- Must have working rights in EU
