Junior Field Service Engineer – PV & BESS (Bulgaria)

• Interface between our customers, Sungrow and Sungrow-Samsung SDI.
• Take ownership of dispatched customer issues.
• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Run diagnosis on errors or technical problems.
• Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers.
• Perform all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks as well upgrades or rework activities.
• Support the Project Management during commissioning and site acceptance services.
• Follow operational procedures, processes and practices as defined, documented and consistently applied.
• Follow the applicable health and Safety instructions and regulations.
• Ensure up-to-date documentation, work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements.
• Support EMEA Service Management by feeding back frequent and analytical service reports with each job and make suggestions for corrective activities.
• Achieve consistent customer satisfaction ratings and respond appropriate to customer feedback on areas for improvement.
• Prepare documentations and work instructions.
• Participate in the claim management and RMA process.
• Documentation for QA, customer feedback and analysis support.
• Take over randomly on call duties, partly on weekends and nights.

• Education as Electrical technician or Engineer. (understand ACDC, Low/Medium Voltage etc, & Battery Energy Storage Systems)
• Bulgarian & English language skills at least on B1
• Some experience with Battery Storage solutions 
• Experience dealing with customers in critical situations. 
• Driving license is required for the job. 
• H&S training to access to construction site with electrical specific training. 
• Willing to work on call duty AND to travel on-site(70%).
• Ability to work in an international environment.
• Strong customer orientation, good discipline, team spirit and self-motivation.
