- Perform on-site commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PV and energy storage systems across Bulgaria
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions to ensure system availability and performance
- Support customers during service visits and act as a professional technical representative on-site
- Collaborate closely with remote technical teams, service partners, and internal stakeholders
- Document service activities clearly and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with safety standards, quality requirements, and local regulations
