- Manage the status of technical tickets, identify solutions within existing documents, and draft initial responses.
- Review and enhance training materials, providing fresh feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain and update technical documents and the knowledge base to ensure information is current and accessible.

- Completed or ongoing studies in Telecommunications, Automation, Networks, Industrial Technical, or Engineering.
