- Diagnose and troubleshoot EV charger malfunctions, identify root causes, and develop effective repair plans.
- Resolve complex communication issues among inverters, energy meters, onboard controllers, and SCADA devices.
- Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and control system problems across various applications, including those integrating renewable energy sources.
- Perform remote updates on networking devices to resolve identified issues and restore system functionality.
- Remotely commission new EV chargers for Sungrow customers, including configuring them to meet specifications, updating software and firmware, and conducting functional tests.
- Analyze and interpret single-line diagrams to diagnose large-scale EV charger system issues at the site level.
- Provide technical support to customers and field technicians working with Sungrow’s EV charging products using remote diagnostic tools.
- Identify and report recurring quality issues to the product engineering and manufacturing teams for continuous improvement.
- Configure Sungrow’s controller network settings as per customer requirements to ensure seamless communication with customer controllers and shared meters.
- Maintain and update Sungrow’s customer and equipment databases to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Develop specialized expertise in Sungrow’s proprietary monitoring tools to proactively identify and address potential system issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processing techniques within Sungrow’s internal tools to enhance performance evaluation and malfunction detection.
