Your duties

Customer support
  • Provide technical support for RFQ/RFP
  • Ensure regular technical discussions with customers
  • Organize technical workshops
  • Key account technical follow up
Technical expertise
  • Communication with HQ in China and EMEA HQ in Germany for product development (in English language)
  • Secure local product knowledge
  • Technical Document Management
  • Continuous training
Standard / regulation analysis
  • Local regulation follow up
  • Product certification
Market intelligence
  • Frequent benchmarking of our products against competition
  • Local Market figures

Your profile

  • University studies in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor or Master) or similar university studies in an Engineering discipline are mandatory.
  • Several years of working experience in the Energy and Electricity sector - ideally in Solar / Photovoltaic industry -.
  • Fluent French (min. C1) and English (mind. B2) language skills are mandatory. Daily working languages will be French and English.
  • Proactive, dynamic and customer oriented personality.
  • High problem solving ability.
  • Self-motivated and performance driven.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to travel national and international from time to time (around 4-6 times/year).
