Your duties

We’re excited to welcome a new colleague to join our dynamic Service & Support team in İstanbul.
Curious about what your journey with us would look like? Let’s dive right in:

Act as the interface between customers and Sungrow, ensuring smooth communication and support.
Take ownership of assigned customer cases and ensure timely and effective resolution.
Provide technical service and support during on‑site interventions, field visits, or remote dispatches.
Diagnose technical issues and contribute to sustainable service solutions.
Support our Project Management team during commissioning and site acceptance processes.
Follow established operational procedures, health & safety regulations, and documentation standards.
Long-term intern for 36 hours a week.

Your profile

That sounded exciting, right? To ensure you feel confident and happy in your role, it would be great if you bring along the following background:

Education as an Electrical Technician or Electrical Engineer.
Language skills: Turkish and English at B2 level or higher.
Willingness to participate in on‑call duty when required.
Experience interacting with customers - ideally in technically or time‑critical situations.
