Your duties

Technical and disciplinary management of the project management team in UK
Overall responsibility of the execution phase for the regional solar inverter & battery storage supply contracts with a total portfolio volume of several gigawatts
Identify and address project risks and roadblocks to minimize project delays and disruptions
Foster a culture of collaboration and communication within the team
Management of escalations and solution finding (internal/external)
Interface management with other departments (e.g. sales, legal, product/R&D, operation, logistic, service)
Introduce new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve project outcomes and increase team efficiency
Project status & risk reporting to the high management

Your profile

Completed studies in electrical engineering, industrial engineer or a similar field
~5 years of experience in technical design or project management in the solar PV or battery storage industry
Ideally some years of team management experience in the project environment
Technical and commercial knowledge about battery storage projects is a plus
Strong solution- and goal-oriented mindset
Excellent team player with strong social skills
Assertiveness and strong communication skills
Strong leadership skills and used to work on a multi-task environment
Willingness to travel frequently
Fluent command of written and spoken English at least C1. Chinese language skills are valuable
