Your duties

Welcome to your new role, as our next Service Delivery Coordinator!

This role belongs to Sungrow EU service department and it is included in the local team, supporting the RSM to coordinate the communication with local PMO and customers to schedule the human resources (own and third party) and define detailed timelines of the onsite activities.
You will have a wide array of responsibilities, such as:

  • Support RSM in the overview for the delivery of open projects
  • Coordinate with PMO the status of delivery and forecast of onsite activities of the open projects.
  • Engage in the handover / kickoff meetings.
  • Organize, supervise and reporting the evolution of the onsite tasks.
  • Organize the preparation of project planning documents, define project roles and responsibilities.
  • Define the schedule and assign the required human resources for the required tasks.
  • Determine together with PMO the criticality level of the pending works.
  • Retrieve the required reports for the closure of project milestones.
  • Support Backoffice to comply with the procurement process.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure good communication among the involved parties.

Your profile

  • Engineering studies.
  • Experience in renewable energies project delivery or project management
  • Experience in technical onsite activities.
  • Willing to take ownership and responsibility.
  • Tidy, organized, self-motivated and performance driven.
  • Flexible for occasional onsite visits across Spain and Portugal.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem solving ability
  • English and Spanish fluently spoken and written
  • Able to read wiring diagrams
