Your duties

Hey there and welcome to your new Opportunity with us.
Being a Service Business Specialist is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:
1.Service Partner Expense Claim Management
  • Collect all provided documents as supporting files, e.g. email approval for delivery request, quotation, service report, acceptance report, invoice. Check if all required information is provided or clear enough to understand;
  • Create expense claim application in the system according to the instruction step by step, and upload all provided information in the attachment;
  • Communicate with the requester in case some required documents are not provided, or to clarify the key information with them;
  • When an invoice for payment is received, create and monitor its approval within the company's divisions. Interact with responsible departments of the company in order to avoid delays in payments to counterparties (Service Partners etc.).

2.Back office support
  • Respond or re-assign the tracking tickets in the service platform.
  • Coordinating and tracking dispatches of material with other service divisions.
  • Supervision of open or unattended tickets in service platform
  • Tracking of missing project documentation from the customer side on delivery stage
  • Formatting commissioning and expertise reports, sending them to customers and archiving them

Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s why it is essential for you to have:
1.    Need to be careful, patient, and responsible to do daily operational paper work. Professional background is not limited;
2.    Be able to use English fluently; another foreign language speaking is preferred (Germany, French, Spanish, Turkish, etc.);
3.    Reception / secretary working experience or financial background is preferred.
