Your duties

Hey there and welcome to your new Opportunity with us.
Being a Sales Assistant ESS is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:
  • Sales back-office management: daily management of whole administrative flow for ESS Projects: Order processing, Project’s milestone invoicing and payment follow up (coordination with Finance and Sales Team), production and shipment planning follow up (coordination with Production, PjM, KAMs);
  • Weekly internal and external meetings with Internal departments and Customers.
  • Gather regular analysis reports including shipment reports, sales forecasts and etc., on weekly/monthly basis.
  • Support EMEA Sales Team and Legal Counsel in the management of sales contracts.
  • Management of Sino sure and local credit insurance and control the payment risk of shipments. Organize research on markets demand forecast, competitive analysis and potential market opportunities, provide regular analysis reports to support management decision making.



Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s why it is essential for you to have:
  • Education and/or working experience in sales administration
  • Knowledge in SAP system or similar
  • Basic knowledge regarding international commerce and familiar with finance environment
  • Able to proceed different missions at the same time
  • Well organized
  • English and Chinese language skills at least on C1 level
