Your duties

We are constantly moving forward and looking out for a Remote Support Engineer to support our growth in the solar industry.

First-level support of issues, communicate with customer and provide support
GSP system tickets handling for direct sales product
Perform troubleshooting and incident response on the systems according FQA and instruction
Escalate the trouble ticket to second Line when you cannot solve it
Track issues through to resolution
Implementation for software delivery and upgrades
Working to triage or troubleshoot the issues within their defined areas

Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s why it is essential for you to have:

Education as Electrical technician or Engineer
Willing to work on call duty.
Experience with Sungrow product is beneficial
Experience dealing with issues, and have good communication
Willingness to travel
English and Polish Proficiency at least C1 Level
Driving license is beneficial
H&S training to access to construction site with electrical specific training is beneficial
Filed service work experiences is beneficial
