Servus und hallo zusammen!

Willkommen im HQ SUNGROWs für Europa, das schöne München! Das HQ liegt supernah gelegen am OST-Bahnhof, genauer gesagt in der Balanstr. 58. Dort haben wir einen riesigen Office-floor im 6. Stock von dem schon einige ein paar tolle „Sonnenuntergangselfies“ (was ein Wort,…) geschossen haben. Klar, hier im HQ findet am meisten Trubel statt, es sind tatsächlich sämtliche Teams vertreten und man trifft immer, und ich meine IMMER, nette Kollegen, die Mittagessen ordern wollen. Und hier sind wir auch schon an einem der coolsten features angekommen, nämlich unsere multikulturelle Belegschaft! Klar, logisch haben wir hier Deutsche, aber nebst denen trifft man hier auf etwa 50 verschiedene Nationen aus aller Welt. Viele chinesische Mitarbeiter findet man natürlich ebenfalls hier, es herrscht ein reges Treiben, es ist eine Wonne! Hier in München haben wir elektrisch verstellbare Tische und jede Menge Snacks zur Nervennahrung, sollte man mal was brauchen; Wir wissen nicht woher es kommt, aber in unserem Münchner Office finden sich ständig Snacks, die guten, also die klassischen Fruchtkörbe, und die,… andersguten in Form von Schokolade; jeder ist für sein eigenes Hüftgold verantwortlich 😊 Ich denke als kleiner Vorgeschmack sollte das erst mal reichen; also dann, wir sehen uns in München!!!

Hello and Welcome to Sungrow!
We are excited to offer you a job as Office Manager located in an attractive and new office near Ostbahnhof in Munich!

  • Together with your colleague you will be the main contact person in our EMEA-Headquarter office in Munich. Your daily working languages will be German and English.
  • Responsible for all in-house matters as well as the reception and support of guests and meetings, thus ensuring a feel-good atmosphere in the office.
  •  Act as a point of contact for all office admin and travel matters, including the EU travel management system.
  •  Receive incoming phone calls, post, packages, and deliveries as well as mailing of letters.
  •  Oversee all areas of office management and act as the point of contact for the landlord, property managers, external suppliers, and service providers.
  •  Responsible for purchasing office supplies, leasing, and management of office equipment, furniture, company pool cars, mobile phone contracts, etc.
  •  Organizing in-house events.
  • Creating power point presentations or excel statistics. 
  • Supporting the management in adminstrative or organisational matters.

Your profile

All good, that sounded great right? Now let`s have a look at your background, so you get a feeling if this could be the right challenge for you:

  • University degree in business administration, languages etc.
  • Alternatively completed vocational training (Berufsausbildung) as Bürokaufmann/-frau, Industriekaufmann/-frau, Europasekretär/-in, Fremdsprachenkorrespondent/-in, Hotelkaufmann/-frau, Reiseverkehrskauffmann/-frau or similar vocational training.
  • Alternatively Career changer / "Quereinsteiger" with several years of experience in a similar position.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in a similar position in office management, reception, administration or customer service.
  • Fluent German (C1-C2) and English (C1) langauage skills are mandatory.
  • You are a friendly person and you like to communicate and to have customer contact. You have a high service and customer orientation.
  • Very good organizational and time management skills. Ability to multi-task. 
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • You are very reliable and you pay attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
