Servus und hallo zusammen!

Willkommen im HQ SUNGROWs für Europa, das schöne München! Das HQ liegt supernah gelegen am OST-Bahnhof, genauer gesagt in der Balanstr. 58. Dort haben wir einen riesigen Office-floor im 6. Stock von dem schon einige ein paar tolle „Sonnenuntergangselfies“ (was ein Wort,…) geschossen haben. Klar, hier im HQ findet am meisten Trubel statt, es sind tatsächlich sämtliche Teams vertreten und man trifft immer, und ich meine IMMER, nette Kollegen, die Mittagessen ordern wollen. Und hier sind wir auch schon an einem der coolsten features angekommen, nämlich unsere multikulturelle Belegschaft! Klar, logisch haben wir hier Deutsche, aber nebst denen trifft man hier auf etwa 50 verschiedene Nationen aus aller Welt. Viele chinesische Mitarbeiter findet man natürlich ebenfalls hier, es herrscht ein reges Treiben, es ist eine Wonne! Hier in München haben wir elektrisch verstellbare Tische und jede Menge Snacks zur Nervennahrung, sollte man mal was brauchen; Wir wissen nicht woher es kommt, aber in unserem Münchner Office finden sich ständig Snacks, die guten, also die klassischen Fruchtkörbe, und die,… andersguten in Form von Schokolade; jeder ist für sein eigenes Hüftgold verantwortlich 😊 Ich denke als kleiner Vorgeschmack sollte das erst mal reichen; also dann, wir sehen uns in München!!!

Hello and Welcome to Sungrow!
We are excited to welcome You to our newest opportunity in Germany!
What a Key Account Manager does here at Sungrow you might ask? Well, let`s dive right in:
  • Develop & support our key Clients (account development, relationship management and lead generation) in the DACH region
  • Help customers with proper upselling of Sungrow’s products from a commercial, technical and service perspective.
  • Manage and grow business activities of existing customers
  • Frequent benchmarking of Sungrow products against competition (both commercially & technically)
  • Account management and regular customer visits
  • Participate in conferences, exhibitions and other events
  • Develop strategies in order to achieve sales target and to increase profitability
  • Support local marketing activities
  • Provide regular sales forecast, reports and market research
  • Closely work with solar EPCs, Developers and Investors to present the best solution and close agreements
  • Elaborate the best concept of LCOE, CAPEX and OPEX requirements for each customer
  • Support establishment of local service structure

Ideally You are seated with us here in Munich, but should your personal situation not allow this, then we can also place you remotely!

Your profile

All good, that sounded great right? Now let`s have a look at your background, so you get a feeling if this could be the right challenge for you:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent; affinity to electrical engineering
  • At least two years experience in (technical) sales, business development, project development or project management preferably in the solar industry.
  • Work experience from an inverter manufacturer would be a great benefit!
  • Good knowledge of photovoltaics, inverters and BOS in combination with strong commercial sales background, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry
  • Languages: German and English at least C1,
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on a regular basis
