Hello and welcome to this new opportunity with Sungrow! You might be wondering what a Legal & Contracts intern might be doing? Well, let's have a look:

Role Summary: The Contract Coordinator - Intern is responsible for coordinating contract-related activities and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role  will support the Legal Counsels and Contract Managers with administrative tasks and contract management.

Job Description:

  • Contract Preparation: Assist in reviewing, and finalizing contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal processes. 
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all contract-related documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible. 
  • Legal Research: Conduct legal research on ongoing legal topics and provide periodic reports related to new laws or regulations. 
  • General Admin Support: Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes of meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.
  • Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for contract preparation and address any queries.

Your profile

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Attention to details: Ensuring accuracy in contract documentation.
  • Organizational skills: Managing multiple contracts and deadlines efficiently.
  • IT Skills: mainly Word and Excel. 
  • Basic legal knowledge: Understanding fundamental legal principles and terminology.
