Your duties

The  Human Resources Specialist will assist and support the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including:

  • Support the HR function by taking responsibility for many aspects of operational HR in a fast paced, dynamic, and rapidly evolving organization.
  • Ensure on/offboarding processes.
  • Ensure operational HR queries are dealt in a promptly manner and aligned with the values and growth of the business.
  • Being the point of contact for employees´ day to day queries.
  • Assist in implementing new HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the HR procedures around the employee lifecycle using our HRIS (Personio) and related data sources and ensure correct maintenance of employee data in the HRIS.
  • Liaise with HR service providers and other internal teams.
  • Support the HR function for the preparation of employee work visa.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs including but not limited to benefits, and leave; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition and occupational health and safety.
  • Performs Spanish and Portuguese payroll and corresponding reporting and approval processes
  • Work closely with HR colleagues in Munich and China.
  • Build and strengthen knowledge of market trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Your profile


  • Degree in Human Resources or pursuing a diploma in related field.
  • Labor law skills.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist function.
  • Excellent written and spoken command of Spanish and English, Portuguese would be a plus.
  • Great time management and organizational skills.
  • A team player with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
