Your duties

All of these ​tasks are performed in the context of the Nordics region:

  • Management of the hotline ticketing system for distributors, installers and end users.
  • Delivery of training for distributors and installers.
  • Onsite troubleshooting with the partner success manager.
  • Pre-sale customer visit with the key account manager.
  • Creating documentation and online courses.
  • Regular delivery of reports regarding the region's performance to the department center.

Your profile

What you will need to succeed?

  • BA or higher in electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a technical support / after sale for PV / ESS or O&M.
  • Languages: English (C1) and Swedish (C1).
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Based in local market: Sweden (hybrid model - 5 to 10% of time where travel is required).

What will make you stand out as a candidate:?

  • Professional experience in inverters.
  • Language skills in chinese (mandarin).
  • Passion for the renewables industry.
